Hi Amy this is Greg the owner of Pronto plumbing. Im sorry you disagree with us in not being able to replace the disposal, you have a home warranty company that will not paid for a disposal unless is bad, in your case the disposal was working good but it is a basic model and it loud, however we tried to get it approved and they denied base on the disposal working in a good condition. The service fee as stated in your contract must be paid at the time of each visit, and that is for the home warranty company not for us, we don't get paid unless we fix it, but in your cases it was nothing to be fixed so we lost that 45 minutes we service your home. We will recommend you to get a different warranty company.

I was provided this contact by my home warrenty company as well. Plumber arrived 7/1 assessed that sink stopper part under sink was broken and that he would be returning with part to fix it. He was paid the 60/service fee. Plumber has not returned, not answering calls, nor returning messages.

Referred by my homeowner's warranty company. Very difficult trying to get an appointment scheduled, but I was told my disposal would either be repaired or replaced in less than 30 minutes so I could leave for work on time. After arriving late, technician spent 3 minutes looking at disposal, then told me it worked fine. I disagreed, showing him it just spun things around. He opened the cabinet underneath, looked at the outer components, then told me again it was in good condition, and I owed him my deductible. I tried to explain I wasn't happy with the appliance and I wanted it replaced like I was told over the phone. He repeated I needed to pay him. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, apparent technical ability, and certainly customer service! I do not recommend this company.
