I am very pleased with all of the work that has been done for me this year. Busy company, but with a little patience you'll be really happy when everything is working as it should.
Awful!!! Disrespectful!! A thief!!! Stated show time was between 8- 10 a.m. He arrived around 10:45. Repeatedly yelled about the 30% he would have to pay the company because I paid the company via phone and did not hand him the money. I did not hire the company. They were contracted as a third party contract. If I make another purchase from the company, I will demand to know who the contractor will be. If it is Floyd V Robertson, it will be a deal breaker. The work was excellent but customer service training is nonexistent.
Don't waste your time! I purchased an OTR microwave from Lowes and they contracted them to come do my install. 1st time they called me and rescheduled, 2nd time tech came and spent all of 1 minute to look at the space and verify install would be ok. 3rd time was supposed to be actual install, but no call no show, 4th time no call no show and they blamed it on a computer glitch. Terrible customer service, the 1 and only time they showed up, the tech didn't take his shoes off nor wear shoe covers in my brand new home. Not to mention, they won't answer the phone for the actual customers, but will only talk through Lowes employees. It's been over a month, microwave still not installed! Wish I could give them 0 stars.
I cannot comment on the quality of their work, but we had a terrible experience with their customer service. Lowe's put us in contact with Floyd Robertson for installation on our gas stove. We took off work TWICE to meet the technician and TWICE they rescheduled with little to no advanced notice--the final time, the technician lied to us about whether or not he was able to pick the stove up from Lowe's (we suspect because it was late in the day--our appointment window had been from 3-5, and he didn't even call us until 6). We understand that things come up (the first time, the tech had to take his child to the doctor; the second, there was a blown tire) but communication was terrible (we had been waiting for an hour and a half before WE called them--otherwise, they wouldn't have told us). At no point did they even offer an apology or an indication that they understood that we had taken the equivalent of a full day's vacation TO STILL NOT HAVE A STOVE. We are incredibly disappointed that Lowe's allows themselves to be associated with this type of service--it diminishes their brand. We will not be working with Floyd Robertson again, and unless you have very flexible schedules and multiple vacation days that you can burn through, we recommend that you look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
When this company arrived last week to to install our Gas Stove, we were pleased to know they were brother's working together as a team ! Installation was fast, effective. They should be a Preferred Contractor with Lowes . Thank you
