So I realized my AC died for sure last night (July 15, 2019) I even contacted them rather late, we spoke for a few minutes and he said he'd send someone between 8 and 12. Crazy enough the guy is so awesome he was ready to come out a little after 5am, my phone was dead and he ended up coming out around 6:45. The issue was quite severe and I decided it best to just put a whole new system in. Price was pretty good in our opinion (seconded by someone with 15 years+ in the business). We upgraded to 5 tonne, got a new coil and all the work was done by noon. Now 5:30 and the house is finally cooled back off to the 70s. Would recommend to anyone at anytime. Also, I would seriously use some reasoning skills with these reviews because after reading them and personally interacting with the guy, he's an amazing dude, does really good work and knows his stuff. I'd bet the 1 stars are fake or extremely angry people. After all he mobilized a crew to do our job within hours. I'm not sure I could be any happier.
I am so so grateful to J&R for everything they have done for us. We had an emergency and they came out right away. When they say 24/7 emergency help. They mean it. I called several other companies that advertised the 24/7 emergency and they did not actually follow through. Their loss is my gain because I was lucky enough to find J&R. They will absolutely be my only go to company from now on. Thank you for coming out, being kind, understanding, patient, and so so helpful. Richard is a hero. It's 7:30pm on a Sunday night and my AC went out. Richard being the expert that he is, recognized the problem over the phone and was able to talk me through the repair in a matter or minutes. Our AC is back on and I couldn't be more thankful.
These guys were awesome, came out with-in 30 mins. AC unit was fixed in less than 1 hr. Very professional and reasonably priced. Going to be my new AC repair company moving forward. Excellent service!!!
