I have used Hale for the past 5 years and they have been awesome. Fixed a couple of issues I had with a bad install by our builder on our tankless water heater. Always honest and through. I live out of town and need someone local I know I can trust.

Called 3 days ago about water in my basement,i was told someone would call me back....no callback,they must have caller ID because now they wont even answer my calls,GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!
