Mr Garland was my provider of service whom offered knowledgeable, courteousness, compassion and efficiency of service for me. I will recommend them without a doubt for efficient service that will be rendered to you also????????????????

I called on a Sunday, and was in the process of leaving a message when a call beeped in. Somehow, when Davidson County flushed their water main leak, they blew one of my old lines under the house. I had not expected a return call before Monday, and was only trying to get put on the schedule. So many other plumbers were "booked into the next week". I explained my problem..."no water pressure" and the meter dial "spinning", and we cut the water off. Oh, and we could wait a week and a half. He said they were full up for Sunday but would be out Monday by noon. They were. The gentleman that arrived found the problem, called it in, and another team came out to fix it. They also replaced an outside spigot. I was so glad I called them. The last plumbing group I called took me to the cleaners. This was a huge relief! Imagine that...FAST RESPONSE, REASONABLE PRICED, PLUMBING REPAIR. I will call them again.

Terrible job even after coming back on the 3rd time. You cant trust people. I guess they took advantage of a woman. It's all good. I cant even give them a star. They act like they were practicing.

Called regarding water pouring out of a meter on my rental home. They went right out, repaired and invoiced me a very reasonable invoice. Just contacted them again for anothe plumbing call. Would recommend, very professional and pleasant folks!
