Nichols Plumbing & Piping

I have never seen such poor customer service. My initial appointment was scheduled for a Thursday, but the plumber did not come in the first time and his "truck broke down" the second. Nothing was EVER communicated to me... I had to keep calling the office to try to discern what was happening. When the plumber finally showed up on Tuesday, my water heater issue was not resolved and no one even attempted to let me know what was going on or if they were even coming back. I spent two days calling the emergency number and the business line. I was initially told that "someone would call me back" but the phones were interestingly going straight to voicemail for the two days after that. I finally called from a friend's phone and got through. When I expressed my concerns, I was told to find another company. The next company has been nothing but professional and was there the next day to solve my problem. I have never publicly complained about a business, but this service was so poor that I still cannot wrap my head around it. I have filed formal complaints with my home warranty company and will be contacting BBB. I hope to save someone else the frustration of trying to deal with this "company.

Had a nightmare of a time trying to get our home warranty and Bass plumbing to fix our water heater. After 2 weeks, finally called Nichols plumbing and they came out next day, fixed my water heater, for less than the price of the service call on the home warranty. Great service, great plumbers

"your dependable plumber" is anything but dependable. Our appointment time was scheduled for 2-5 pm. Nichols showed up to our house hours early, when nobody was home! They left a note on the door, and when we attempted to contact the company to see why they showed up hours early, nobody ever returned out voicemail messages. We will no longer be doing business with this company. I will make sure our home warranty puts a permanent "do not assign" on our file.

Never arrived for scheduled time slot 2-5 pm. Attempted calling multiple times and left a voicemail. Finally got somebody that put me on a hold. I waited for six minutes. We have an active water leak so I called the emergency number and it was forwarded to voicemail twice. Horrible way to conduct business. I will negatively speak about Nichols plumbing and piping to those who bring up plumbing needs.

Refused to assign a technician to our home warranty call. They will place you on hold and never return to the call. It’s been a while since I have seen this poor service.
