Called on a Monday, made an appointment for that Friday morning at 9:30. I waited till 10:30 to call, they were a no call no show. When he answered and I questioned him about my appointment and he told me his truck had broken down on Monday evening. Didn't bother to call me, said it slipped his mind! Whatever. Poor customer service. I would have understood had he called.
I HIGHLY recommend this company -- they cam to my home within a few hours of my phone call , they were very respectful and did a thorough job and went aove and beyond what the other company I had used did ... They explained things to me and how to perform proper upkeep of my system !! They beat the competitors price by almost HALF
