Rodney and Mike did a wonderful job of troubleshooting a leaky tub drain for us and took the time to correct a previous plumber's poor job on our laundry supply. They are courteous, on time, and skilled plumbers. I won't be calling anyone else to work at my house. Thanks, guys!

Called at 0815 one morning as my Rental unit's hot water heater was leaking. Was informed they could be there at 1030 to replace the heater. The technicians arrived on time, actually a little earlier which was great. Their vans are clean and well maintained which tells this Fleet Manager a lot about their company. Technicians were polite, professional and had the job completed in about one hour. This allowed me to head back to my home in Williamsburg, Virginia that day. Superb installation job and I was VERY impressed overall. I will use them again for my plumbing needs and HIGHLY recommend this company.

Called with crisis at 8AM on a Monday morning way down on the Outer Banks. A team was here by 9AM. Very professional, got right to work, and fixed the issue. Also really nice guys. Will definitely use again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Mike McGee and his team are totally committed to customer satisfaction. He immediately took my call, rearranged the work schedule for his technicians on a Friday afternoon of a Holiday weekend to install a gas water heater the same day before a house full of people were to arrive. His pricing was fair and reasonable. 4 hours after my initial call, hot water was flowing! In addition, the technicians were professional and totally cleaned up after themselves. Definitely will not hesitate to contact them again if/when needed.
