Called twice, both times someone answer and asked how they could help. After I told them that my A/C unit needed to be replaced they quickly stated they couldn’t help me and hung up. On my second called I reiterated what I was looking to do and asked why I was told that I couldn’t be helped, the guy on the phone says “because we aren’t helping you” then hangs up. To think I was looking for something that was a $5,000+ job and he wouldn’t even give me the time of day. What a great way to build a business.

Horrible customer service. I said I have a broken hot water heater element and asked how much he thought it would be and he said he didn’t feel like doing that and hung up.

I called to establish a business relationship and use this company as my go to people that I know would take care of my business and the needs we had for plumbing issues and so on. I was greeted with an unprofessional, short spoken, and careless attitude. I was told that I just needed to call around. I was completely disregarded and dismissed as if I was unimportant much less my need a concern. I'm sure they are good at what they do but their customer service and relations are very much so lacking.

Excellent Customer Service. The price was as quoted and the work has stood up to heavy use. I would use again, anytime!

Poor Customer Service . He attitude suggested that he was not interested in the completing the required assignment . He did not arrive at the agreed appointment time .He did not offer solutions or even take the time time explain that what needed to be corrected was out of his area expertise . This is just a warning when dealing with this company .
