If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has ripped my grandma off and it just makes me so mad! Who takes advantage of a little lady like that?? Like how can you possibly sleep at night????!!! She was quoted an estimate and insurance was covering it until Roto Rooter turned around and went higher than the estimate making her have to get an equity loan on her house.................Even her insurance company said it was wrong for them to do this to her. NEVER again will we use them period.........
Dustin showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was extremely neat, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend him and will be requesting him for more work in our home.
So our family had a busted water pipe that left us without water for almost a week. I had tried repairing the leak myself to save money, naturally. All attempts failed and we decide to call a plumber. So I called Rotorooter of Hickory for help. The customer service on the phone was great and they had someone sent out today fast. The service guy Dustin Brown was awesome. He fixed the leak, filled in the hole that I had already dug, cleaned my wheel barrel, cleaned the mud off the driveway, and even cleaned my shovels off. He then even carried my shovels down to my porch for me. I never once asked him to do any of that. And while he fixed the leak and I was at work, he also called and text photos of everything to me. He was fast and very professional. We got great service and a great warranty. I will gladly recommend them to others and continue to use them in the future.
Dustin , was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain what needed to be done , as well as the materials he would be using. He was finished up in a jiffy and everything worked great. If you call Roto-Rooter for the Lenoir area ask for Dustin Brown. I will be requesting him for any plumbing repairs in the future.
I called and had an appointment scheduled between 2 and 5. My plumber, Quentin, was there by 215. He was amazing. Polite, professional, and friendly.
