Was punctual. Actually another technician came to start the job and Jim showed up later. Was finished under in 2 hours. Was very pleased with the whole process from the initial phone call through the install. Price was slightly under what I expected. Even offered to help put the garage back together. We are loving the hot showers!!! Even included a warranty on work and used commercial grade equipment.

After a failed attempt at fixing a water heater myself, Jim was able to get someone over in about an hour's time to completely fix the issue! He was very responsive and his pricing is exactly what it should be, fair. I'll definitely be using them in the future for all my plumbing issues.

We lost our hot water heater last night and needed an emergency plumber. I found Jim Meyers Plumbing through a recommendation of Nextdoor. He called me right back and immediately came out to our home to give look at the issue and give me an estimate. He did not charge for coming out, which is very unusual. He came back this morning with the new water heater in tow and did a fantastic job with the replacement. He had to bring everything up to code and he even helped me with replacing the top of the waterlogged support that the broken heater had leaked all over.
