I wish I read the reviews before hiring this "plumber". Their work was horrible and they never finished their job which I payed them to do! They showed up in a work truck and the driver door did not even work so the plumber had to get out on passenger side...should have been a red flag! We were desperate so to speak in getting our problem fixed so we looked past this! We contacted them to let them know our issue was not resolved and all they were concerned with was the price they were charging us for attempting to fix the issue once more! Now we are receiving threatening messages from this person when all we wanted was our issue to be fixed because that is what we payed for! Please do not hire this company to do ANY kind of work for you, you will be disappointed! Look into hiring a real professional plumber! Now we are out several hundred dollars we payed to this company and still do not have our issue resolved! It's people like this that make the world so horrible and make it hard to trust the actual " Real" Workers!
Took our money and never fixed the problem! Sloppy workers who do not clean up after themselves! All in all just the worst experience! Do NOT hire this company to do any work for you!

Do not hire this company! Never kept appointment .The connectors they installed under the bathroom cabinets are leaking.Instead coming back and correcting the problem, they told us to sign another contract, so she wants us to pay for their bad job!!I I consider small claim court.
Have been communicating with Brandy sincd yesterday at 2:30pm. She said someone would be at my home to service my problem and that she may even come. She was very polite. Hours went by and I reached out and she told me someone would be at my home by 8pm. I reached back out at 9pm when no one showed up. She replied at 9:30pm he just finished a job and would the next morning work and I would be the first appt. I agreed as I had no water. I didnt hear from her until noon next day and we reconfirmed at she stated it would be cash only which was omitted the day before. She stated he was on his way and would be at my home in an hour, which would.be 1:45pm. She texted at 2:02 saying he would be at my home at 3pm and retexted 5min later saying we would need to reschedule. I didnt see her message until 20 min after the first and she said that since she hadnt heard from me that we could reschedule. What did I miss? I had been waiting since yesterday. I feel there was never the intention to help me this weekend. Poor customer service, poor follow up, and would not take my call or respond to my text. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CLAYTON PLUMBING COMPANY to anyone. They may be understaffed, who knows. Just be honest and be considerate of others. I am still without water and should have moved on. Professionalism is important and they lacked it with me.
