Like our last service by Three-Way Plumbing, our experience was top-notch. The technician was friendly, explained the problem and possible solutions, and did an over an above job to make sure that we were satisfied. Our hot water heater is 16 years old, so he explained what we should expect given that the heater has lasted longer than normal.

I enjoy working with persons who are educated and familiar with what is best practice. I am willing to pay more for the expert who is going to repair or handle my needs right the first time with no need to have a second appointment. I have used Three way several times and each visit builds confidence in their ability.

Can't say enough good things about 3-WAY PLUMBING in Concord, NC. Had a plugged up kitchen sink (plunger no help!) with w dinner party hours away and they dispatched NOAH who handled it in short order. Great young man with professionalism personified!
