Do Not Use this Business for any service. I had a sewer issue Nov 20th, 2018. They came out to clean out the roots in the sewer line and charged me $400.00 to $500.00. I paid the bill. Less than a month later, I had the same issue again and they came out again to fix the same issue. They then charged me again for the same issue. I only paid half the bill due to them not honoring the service the first time. I talked to the owner(Dale) and told him I was only paying half of 2nd bill due to them not honoring their service on the first time out. He accepted the payment. I had to use Roto-Rooter a few weeks later to fix the issues that Kannapolis Service did not fix. I now do not have any more issues with my sewer line.
I thought I was going to have to buy a new sink but thought to stop in and see if they could give me another option...they did! Simple fix. All I needed was a tiny washer and some education ☺ will certainly return if I ever need plumbing assistance in the future!
The 2 workers that came out was very unprofessional I asked a few questions with no response the office was supposed to get back with me with a quote and never did I've called twice since then and the only response I get is I'll call you back I paid $161 to get me sewer unclog and the next day it backed up again I will never use this company again and won't refer anyone to them
After calling dozens of plumbers, this service company did work twice at my house for a fair price. I needed a gas hot water heater reinstalled from my mess up in a tight place and these guys responded and did excellent work. Two weeks later, my dishwasher pump went bad and they installed the dishwasher professionally and the charge was fair, not inflated like some of the competitors I called. They also have enough service personnel that you don't need to wait more than a couple of days to get someone to come to the house for non-emergencies. I was very happy with the service and professionalism.
