My family and myself have used Daniel’s company for well over 20 years. They always get out here quickly and their work is second to none. Rarely do I recommend companies to other. Hefner plumbing is well deserving of five stars. They treat me like family. Thank you
Daniel Hefner Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. All initial contact was good. Appointment was made for afternoon between 1 & 5 pm. After not hearing from anyone by 2:45 pm, I called and was told by Steve at the office that they were on the job before me and should be getting to my job shortly. No word so at 5:30 pm, we called and were told by some woman named Barbara that they were working on a water line break and supposedly Steve in their office wouldn’t know about it. I know problems come up but a call explaining why no one showed up after I sat waiting all afternoon would have been nice. It’s called customer service. We told them to take our job off and we’ve found someone else who did show up and texted when he was on his way. Sad that no one at Hefner eve tried to follow up at all. I wouldn’t refer them to anyone. My friend who referred them was very disappointed on all this too. There are better and more responsive plumbers out there who actually care about their customers!
I work here and have worked here for years. My great grandfather started plumbing in Charlotte in 1919 and this business has been in my blood since. Our family has always sought to bring the best service and value to this market possible. We are not the biggest company in the city, but our legacy has been here for a long time. We hope to continue to serve Charlotte and the surrounding areas with the same dedication that my great grandfather started with almost 100 years ago.

Tony has to be one of the most knowledgeable plumbers in Charlotte. Very happy with communication and price as well. I highly recommend calling them. I spent a lot of time calling many plumbers, don't do that. They will fit you in.
