DO NOT CALL. I've always heard horror stories about companies trying to rip off stay at home moms when it comes to home services but this was the first time I experienced it. Shame on you. I hope NO ONE tries to pull this on your daughters or wives. They attempted to charge me $442 to swap out a range outlet with a dryer outlet. The part itself is only $35 at Home Depot. This is one of the EASIEST fixes in the home. It takes roughly 3 minutes to complete. I am blown away by the fact that your company thought you could take advantage of me like that! Little did you know, my family owns laundromats and I can do this job in my sleep. I simply outsourced it because I am very busy today and I just wanted to make it easier on myself. Again, to any consumers, do not call. Do not give them your business.

We were without AC on a 95 degree day. We were very fortunate to have Michael & Son fit us in on a busy day. Sergei was our technician and he was excellent on all levels. Very knowledgeable guy who fixed our problem and gave us ice cold air. We are very satisfied with Sergei and I would call Michael & Son next time for sure. Thank you so much.

Luke was all professional but in a friendly way. He really knew what he was doing and explained everything. He did a great installation of a disposal and new faucet with larger diameter PVC pipes. It works and looks fantastic!

Fast. Friendly. Affordable. Our HVAC went out. James first did all he could to fix the original system trying multiple different things. Finally we decided that a new system would be best. (Our original was 15 years old and was being held by duct tape). James was able to get a team in the next day. Dave, the team leader, was very thorough and respectful of our home. He kept a clear line of communication throughout the process. My family is very thankful for Michael & Sons. You’ll find their prices very competitive to other companies.
