Matt and Dennis did a fantastic job! First Dennis did a thorough inspection and kindly, respectfully pointed out things that needed to be repaired, as well as things to keep an eye on. Then Matt repaired everything, giving me options regarding cost and my budget. This is how every service company should be doing business, with the consumer's satisfaction in mind FIRST. I appreciated their friendly, courteous, professional care, respect, knowledge and skill, as well as not trying to sell me things that I do not need or want. Your company will be my go-to for my home and I highly recommend to all. Thank you for being the best and hiring the best like Dennis and Matt.

100% recommend. Would not suggest going anywhere else. It took Adam 2 days to fix something that another company couldn't do in 2 weeks! If I can help it, I'll never go anywhere else for plumbing problems. And I'll always be looking for Adam!

I woke Saturday to find my bathroom covered in water. I called 3 places prior to Ben Franklin and was rudely treated. Then I called Ben Franklin and was talked to kindly with great understanding. Then the Gentleman came out to fix my problem. He could not have been nicer. He offered to fix my problem by replacing one part but I insisted on two. He was trying to be money conscious. He was informative and quick. I thought for sure on a Saturday I would pay a fortune but it was very reasonable. I have other issues that I will definitely call them to fix.

Joe Moore was the best plumber I have ever used. I will definitely be contacting them again!!! He explained every detail, gave me all my options, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Joe definitely went above and beyond for sure! Thanks Joe

What’s not to like? I had a sink stopper lodged in my toilet, I called at about 10:00 am on a Saturday, my doorbell rings at 3:00 pm on that same day, and they fix the issue. Everyone involved was kind, professional, and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
