You should be ashamed for firing an employee while being out due to his sister passing away. Would not recommend if you dont believe in family values.
Called and made appointment for 8am 10/5/2018. No show from plumber or no call from company. Called in 2 different times after 8am and got answering service, no call back. Finally called back at 9am stating plumber was tied up with emergency. Ask for owner to call back after I waited for 1 hour with no contact and the only remorse I received was "I'm Sorry". Where is the "Customer Service" after waiting for over 1 hour for an appointment? Most people want a free meal after waiting 10 minutes at a restaurant. Sorry will not recommend.
