Bell Plumbing of San Mateo

This was my first experience with this company. However, they exceeded my tough expectations for their promptness and their service. Their technician named Gert Visser was very nice, kind, and a true expert. The 5 star rating is a no-brainer. Two thumps up, fellows! Thank you.

My parents own a business in Palo Alto and our water heater went out in the middle of the day. We called a few plumbers in the area and everyone said it would be at least a day or two and we HAD TO schedule an appointment. So when I talked to the amazing staff at Bell plumbing they said they would have a plumber out to us that day....and surely they did. Cory came out within an hour or so from the time I called. He was extremely knowledgeable about our situation and had us up and running within a couple of hours. As we have a full meat counter and vegetable section we rely heavily on our sink and water to flow so we can meet and exceed all health code sections. Cory was sympathetic to our situation and made haste to get us up and running. We WILL recommend Bell Plumbing to all our neighbors and business around us. Great job and we are so pleased to have a fair, honest and knowledgeable plumbing company to rely on. Checked on yelp as well and reviews are stellar and well worth trying them out. But as for our family and friends we are loyal customers and plan on staying with Bell for all our plumbing needs. As far as I can tell (without meeting everyone at the company) I would like to add that at least Everyone I talked to was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to our situation Thanks again bell ???? plumbing.

Using Bell plumbing for 3 years. Always fast response, great service, friendly and knowledgeable personal! Will definitely stay with this company for our plumbing needs and recommend them to our friends and neighbors! Thank you Bell Plumbing and Gert personally for doing such a great job!

Service was amazing they came out and took care of the problem my parents house. Prices were very fair and reasonable staff was extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely use and recommend bell plumbing again in the future. Thanks for the great job guys

A fantastic company came out right away and fixed the drainage issue I was having at my business. Greg came out and told me that he could get it done that day so I could get back up and running.
