Adam and Kai did such a great job! They are very knowledgeable about all that they work on. I appreciated learning about the plumbing system that I had very little knowledge of. Also, I had good trust in them to continue working at the house while I had to go out shortly for an appointment. It is great too that the text provided a photo of who was coming to help out with my plumbing problems, and being able to track on there to have an idea of how many minutes to arrive. Michael Lavoie was my service technician on 9/09/14. Mike was the original installer of my tank-less hot water system and filtration system almost a year ago. I specifically requested him because he is very knowledgeable and thorough about the plumbing business and he is a very skilled tradesman. Mike is also a genuine person with great people skills.
