Are these reviews real? I have had nothing but negative experiences with ARS. 1. Our AC unit was replaced in 2017. Since then, it has needed multiple repairs. As of last week, we had another issue with our unit. 2. We called to schedule an appointment. No one showed up to the appointment. 3. We scheduled for another appointment that evening or an appointment on Saturday. Neither days did a technician show up. The cherry on top: They quoted a different price to both me and my partner for the exact same service. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Had work done on 3-23-19 and waited to post a review to see how things went. First of all kudos for starting the install without me being home. I left access to my old water heater for the installer to do his work. I came home and he only had about 30 minutes worth of work left to do. Appreciate their flexibility. It worked out perfect and I didn't have to miss work. They removed an old water heater and installed a larger 50 gallon one. Also installed a drain pan with drain pipe that I didn't have before. Installer explained the use and maintenance of new unit. Completely satisfied.

I have been under a Service Plan Agreement since I got my unit in 2014. Technicians have come and gone over the years. During the past year, I noticed when I would call in for any reason. The person on the phone would ask, " How old is the unit?" Flag..... After warranty runs out, I am told there is an hole in the evaporation coil. It will take over $4,000 to replace the coil. Then, it is suggested that I speak with a Comfort Advisor about getting a new Unit. Wow! I still owe $2, 000 on this one. Yeah Right. Go figure. I even went there. Before the 3 days past, I called and Cancelled the installation of the new Unit. So, I asked ARS to send a Technician out to charge the unit. They gave me a window between 9 - 11 am. But, he didn't arrive until about 5:20 pm and told me it needed about 2 lbs of Refrigerant. By 5:40 pm, he was gone. I believe it takes a little longer than that to charge the unit with that amount of Refrigerant. Considering, he took a couple minutes to change the first scale to go to the truck and return. I could not even tell if the needle ever move to the amount needed. On top of that, he turned the thermostat down to seventy while charging the unit to create the illusion that it was really charged and cooling. Yes, the Unit is still working the same way as before the charge, and out $235.40. Which was a discount. Thanks for nothing.

Steve C. knows his job! Really wonderful to see all my old pipes replaced with a new cleaner pvc solution in two days! More space for my crawl...and no leaks in the line. Thanks Steve and ARS!

Adam - the ARS technician - was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained all of the different services ARS provides. He did a good job inspecting and cleaning my AC units. He did not rush through the process as many technicians do just to get it done.
