DONT PAY THIS GUY! We used this guy and he is awful. He is a thief took our money and never returned to finish the work. Also damanged things while working here, his crew is messy and don’t show up as well! BEWARE! Going to the Better business bureau, this guy is a lie and cheat very sad I had to write a bad review but don’t want other people to go through what we went through. I wish we would have known! Please people do not pay him until he is 100% done and you and satisfied.

I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly disappointing my experience was with Chris and this company. We found Chris while looking for a plumber after months of searching for a general contractor to repair storm damage and update our Carolina Beach Condo. I had finally decided to GC the project myself, but these guys claimed they could handle the full scope of work, not just plumbing. I expressed to Chris that this was a very time sensitive project, as our condo is an income property that is not rentable at the moment. He was understanding and friendly, and they had availability to start within two weeks. Plus, the company reviews were excellent! We were so relieved. I put my other contractors on hold in the hope that Chris would start right away. In hindsight, their quick availability was likely a huge red flag that I ignored. Chris asked for quote request list, which I had already prepared, and I emailed it over. He was supposed to visit the property within the next few business days and send a quote back to me, but after a week of no follow up, I called him. He claimed his new office secretary had deleted all of their emails (which was likely a total lie) but he was so happy that I called back, and asked me to resend the quote request. Which I did immediately. No response. Five days later, I emailed him again, kindly reminding him that this was time sensitive. No response. Three days later, I called again. He sent my call straight to voicemail after one ring, and texted me right away asking me to text him instead. I immediately sent him a very nice message, asking him for any updates on the project, and asked him to please let me know if he was no longer interested so I could move on. No response. I am a kind-hearted person, and do not like leaving bad reviews, especially in a circumstance like this, where I never technically hired this company for work. However, there are certainly repercussions to consider when you completely waste someone’s time. The condo could have been finished by now, and occupied by tenants bringing me income. Apart from following up in a timely manner (which really should be THEIR responsibility, not the homeowners) I can’t understand what the heck happened to make Chris turn on me. All of these recent reviews paint a clear picture - these guys are a complete scumbags. Find someone else and save yourself the headache.

I cannot rave enough about Chris and his team. They did a wonderful job constructing a wall with beautiful pocket doors from a screen I wanted to repurpose. He also did all our electrical work. I realized what a gem Kure Beach services was when I found out they did plumbing work too! Chris is a jack of all trades. Thanks guys for making our business look amazing and on such a quick timeline.

I’m so impressed and grateful for Chris! He did an amazing job upfitting my new retail space in a short amount of time. He provided solid estimates, was very reasonably priced, was here when he said he would be and finished the job on time. I couldn’t be happier with his work and will definitely call him again for any structural, electrical, or plumbing work needed for my home or business.

I had an issue come up with the pipes below my kitchen drain and Chris came out that day to fix the issue. By the way it was a Sunday morning. Amazing service. He also gave me some other tips to do with the kitchen and my patio. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services!
