I called this company thinking that they were connected to another company I've used in the past. However, this company was far different, and I later learned, had no connection. They sent (technician) to my home...he seemed eager to let me know he was knowledgeable about his craft. So, he gained my confidence. I was told that the diagnosis would be $95.00, and I will know if there is a mechanical problem or a leak. First, I was told on the phone by the owner that the diagnosis was in addition to the service or parts cost. I somewhat protested, letting him know my status. Anyway, he than said if they add freon, or did additional service they would CREDIT the diagnosis fee. I was told by the technical person that I needed about 7 pounds added, his company's price was $89.00 per pound if added, which found I needed, he reported that he found no leaks, or any other malfunctions. I told him that I was a disabled Veteran who cannot be overly exposed to heat or cold because of medical conditions, but, could not afford that price. so, I will get a couple of window units in the mean time. Soon after technician left, I than got a call saying he(technician)gave my number to him, so he could service my air for $50.00 per pound. I allowed (him) to come for $50.00 per pound. After a couple of days, only to find out it was leaking and will not cool. I went down to talk to the owner, who told me he would get someone back out on Monday to see if something was missed; concerning the diagnosis...but, after altering my schedule in hopes of a resolution, I was called by the owner to say he changed his mind and was " standing by the work & word if his technician, and would charge me additional if they did come back out". I have consequently suffered the heat and humidity and humiliation.

Unlike other companies I contacted Haire spoke with me personally. I had an appointment within minutes and the employee was prompt and very informative. My hvac is all fixed and I really appreciated how helpful everyone was, especially when the other companies kept me on hold or wouldn't be available until later in the week. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Outstanding Service Replacing My HVAC! Jennifer with customer service was always pleasant. Brett assisted me every step of the way in purchasing my new HVAC. Thanks to Josh for finding the leak and taking the time to explain everything and thanks to Andrew the main HVAC installer. Brett, I will definitely recommend others!

When I spoke to them to have someone come out, I told them it was a leaky shower faucet. The #1 cause of most faucet (shower or sink) involves the stem. Service man arrives, takes a look, and informs me they can't repair it because they don't even keep stems or stem parts in their vehicles. The ONLY reason they're even getting 2 stars is the technician wasn't going to charge us. Be far more pointed about what you want repaired apparently, because Haire Plumbing seems to be doing some false advertising.

I was totally shocked at the high price of replacing my faucet and drainage pipes, $380.00 for a job I've done myself before several times for less than $100.00. The plumber took 3 hours ( stayed in his truck on his cell phone for all but 2 hr. 20 min.) and the work was very good but the price didn't fit the work involved, I had even already bought the faucet thank God. I am an old man but anyone reading this, I was not quoted a price before hand like their ad says and not given an itemized receipt and was told one would be sent within a week and finally got one more than two weeks later after my wife called Haire's for it . I am very disappointed that a business would operate in this manner.
