Piedmont Metro Heating & Air

This company is great and should have been my first call. My A/C went out during a string of hot days when HVAC companies are slammed by repair requests. Several companies wouldn't see me for 3-5 days! I called Piedmont Metro in the morning and they were able to make time for me that afternoon among all of the calls. Morgan was a great technician who walked me through the multiple things that was wrong with the unit, fixed it promptly, double-checked to make sure everything was working properly and was kind and professional from beginning to end. They will be my only call from now on.
