We had an older water heater that was leaking internally. I called Water Heaters Only on a Friday afternoon and they sent out their technician, Kevin, on Mother's Day (Sunday)! Kevin quickly demonstrated knowledge and experience in water heaters as he walked us through our estimate. We were happy with the level and service and quoted price and scheduled to have Kevin come out on 5/15/19 to install our new water heater. All of the work was done expertly, efficiently and cleanly! We are so happy to recommend Water Heaters Only and Kevin to anyone who needs water heater replacement!
Water heater blow out last night, not a happy guy. Checked around early this morning, checked prices, reviews and even was preparing to do the job myself as I have done over the year at other homes I've owned. The service person I talked with was very professional and knew her stuff. Their technician, Steve Burlison, came out and performed a first class, A #1 job. Steve was very personable, took command of the job & proved his skill to the finest detail. I am a retired real estate developer and know where of I speak on what is a professional top notch job. Loni was an excellent technician. I had priced similar water heaters and his bid came in tied for the most competitive. I was glad the price was right as he had installed a water heater at a family member's place a few months before and they highly recommended the company and him specifically. Clear explanation of both install and pricing, efficient and clean install - an everything needed was on the truck when he came to do the estimate! Install on Feb 19, 2019.
Steve was a great installer. He called a half hour before arriving during our appointment window, removed and replaced the water heater in a little over an hour, cleaning up the area and explaining the new heater and how to flush it periodically to help maintain it through the years. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone.
Woke up on a Monday morning to no hot water and found water leaking out of my water heater. Called WHO at 8am. Steve, the service technician, arrived around 9am. Had my 15 year old water heater replaced by 11am! I couldn't ask for better device and more pleasant people to deal with
