I have previously left these kind people a bad review. I'd like to issue a sincere apology to the Norwood boys. Frustration should be thought out before publicly put out for the world to see. In that moment I did not do that, and that's not how I was raised. And for that I now publicly apologize to this company. Happy New Year. Hope all has a blessed one.

Norwood Plumbing is great to work with... I have called them for several things, business and personal and they have always been on time and knowledgeable.

Excellent, on time, they were there when they said they would be. Replaced my hot water heater quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Talked to someone on the phone but never got a call back. Left several messages about work we needed to get done, but never got a call back. Had this same experience two years ago about some other work we needed to get done. Won't try a third time.

This is not a reliable company. I made an appointment on Friday for the following Tuesday and no one ever showed up. I called the office several times and left messages with no response.
