Roto-Rooter

Not very friendly or informative. Even though i need something immediate will NOT ever use them!!!!!!!

I discovered a leak due to a high water bill. Roto-Rooter sent plumbers out and they found the problem quickly but due to a very low crawl space a hole had to be cut in the kitchen floor to get in to fix it. Old tiles were discovered during the cutting of the hole, and they were very quick in getting someone out to do the required asbestos test. After the test came back clear plumbers Zac and Doug were quick to get the plumbing repair done and even took care of a minor drainage problem in the bathroom that I asked them about. Sabrinia and Eli took care of cutting the hole and all the water damage restoration, came out daily to check the equipment at times that were convenient to me. Everyone I dealt with did an outstanding job, helpful, friendly, professional, no unnecessary delays, always showed up when they said they were going to. I can't say enough good things about this company and the people I dealt with.
