Horrible experience! This company left a hole in my yard for 3 weeks attempting to repair septic lines. Had to repeatedly call to get them to come back to finish. In the end they didn't fix the problem and sent me a bill for $1500.

Will never use them again. HORRIBLE response time. Office does not return phone calls ever. Was told by the crew, who were the only professionals the company has, that I needed a new septic line. 3 weeks later I still had a hole in the front yard and when I finally got someone to answer the phone I was told "oh we don't do that anymore." When I finally got the bill and questioned the amount I was told they billed the hours wrong. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

My wife and I have great opportunity to have Gary Willis Plumbing crews provide plumbing services at our home. We have had our main valve replaced, frozen pipes replaced, and just recently the removal and replacement of our two hot water heaters. The first two jobs - valve and pipe replacements were very professionally completed by experienced teams for a fair price. There were a couple challenges but they made it look routine and easy. The hot water heater replacements required some consultation as I was considering going tank-less. It seemed like the way to go but after I discussed with Gary he explained the additional labor, retrofit and unit costs, we all agreed to stay with the original configuration and save the additional money for other home improvements. I greatly appreciate his input and advise as it was a more practical solution for us. Larry and his crew did an outstanding job and on top of that we have much more hot water flow due to the "old age" of our previous system and the workmanship and quality of the new two hot water heaters!

In the past eighteen months crews from Gary Willis Plumbing have installed a well pressure tank as well as running a water line for a frostless hydrant. Gary Willis crews have been very professional in their customer service as well as their work ethics. This company is my choice for all of my plumbing needs.

Well I was just working on their printer but they're extremely hospitable and a pleasure to work with.
