Great company. They responded to my call in a quick and timely manner. The guys were polite and professional. They explained everything to me which was very helpful. Their office staff was also very pleasant. I will be using them again.
I called phase 3 out for a leak going through my floor into my crawlspace. They were out there within the hour inspecting the issue. We concluded I needed water restoration services at that time. They got their water restoration truck out there shortly after and started to perform the drying out process. Kaleb was a huge help in pointing me in the right direction to start the claim process. His team is efficient in the work they do. Very friendly and personable as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a plumbing and water restoration company. It's great to have a company who can fix the issue as well as do the water extraction and dry out as well as all the repairs. I recommend giving them a call for whatever plumbing issue you are having.
We hired the company Phase 3 plumbing to do our new homes plumbing. From the start, it was a nightmare. He would not show up when he was scheduled so of course this would throw off all other contractors. Rough inspection had not passed (but told us it had and demanded his 70%) before moving on to the final phase. Before any work had passed, he DEMANDED his money and threatened to sue us. Keep in mind, this was not Mr. Grabe who we were dealing with this whole time (according to Winston Salem records at the time, the company was under Dale Jordan Graves)..it was a Kaleb Williams. I can go on about all the mistakes we went through with this company but bottom line, if your plumber with "many years of experience" can't secure your tank or even fill in the trench he had uncovered in the front yard, seek help elsewhere. Otherwise you will have to go through a whole complaint department with the state and have their license monitored, AGAIN. We did have to hire another plumber who had to fix all the mistakes Kaleb Williams had done. Please avoid this company and these plumbers!!!! Please note, we hired him in 2016 and on their website at the time he had stated he had many and many years or experience..yet on this new website he States he has 3...sketchy man.
Kaleb, Jeremy, and Meghan (the owners are the best people to work with), the employees, Trey, Vincent, and the others are excellent craftsmen and do well above average work. Great Company, Great Team !
I waited until the 5th of July , for repairs bc I was told it would be less expensive, I understood. I was still charged $2100, for them to dig a shallow trench 19 ‘ feet x 10” . They did complete repair. However, 2 plants had to be removed Kaleb said it would cost a little bit more to put them back in . So, told them I would. We’re suppose to leave a good root ball on plants. Kaleb did. The Latino didn’t, they stuck them in the ground anyway, I had to redo. That Hydrangea is dying and will have to be replaced. ???? I guess since the ground was so soaked is why the left the area in such a mess. So I would say since they arrived at 11:30 , left by 2:30 and were gone 1 hour for lunch, it’s a very lucrative business to be in today. ????
