I was very relieved with you taking the time to explain how the system works and. for checking my drain lines to make sure they were draining properly. You were very quick at locating the top of the tank once I showed you the general location of the tank. Great service !! They pumped out my tank, then washed it out, and then pumped that out. They had me flush the toilets to insure that the line was clear coming back into the tank. I felt comfortable that all my problems with the water backing up was resolved.
