Was purchasing a home in Murphy and had a due diligence deadline for Monday. Called and explained my deadline and they agreed to be out to inspect septic Thursday. did not hear from them so called first thing Friday and was told they were behind but would be out that day to get it done. Again no word, called at end of the day (before they closed at 5:00pm) to get answering machine. Total disappointment. Don't bother!

He has always been timely, fair in his pricing and he gets the job done right the first time. I have used him many times over the past several years.

We were very fortunate to have found CJ Plumbing and Septic in Murphy North Carolina. Jeff did excellent work, and he was such a pleasant and kind person to speak to and deal with. He was always prompt and willing to do what ever it took to get the job done and done right. I spoke to his wife, Christy, on the phone and she was always friendly and helpful every time, and always returned my calls promptly. I felt I could trust them, and I came to realize I was right. When I asked him to do more than originally planned, he was very receptive to it and did it with a smile. These people, and how they treat others, are the reason why my husband and I wanted to move to Murphy in the first place. We are so grateful for the exceptional work they did with our septic tank, and removal of trees. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. My yard was left clean and we truly appreciated that. Really nice guy but.... Doesnt show up on time, calls and delays to next day or longer. If you have plenty of time, fine. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Im having apparently septic issues this man showed up poked prodded for at least an hour to determine he couldnt reaolve my problem. And he would not accept one single penny for his time. Recommend me to who could help. I dont know this mans name but he is good people
