They can come out immediately to do work.... However they can’t come out to do an estimate. They should have learned from Mr. Frazier. He would come out anytime needed.

5 years ago We had them come out and put in a water heater for us. Today we called them up after seeing we were still under factory warranty and they replaced the faulty part with no issues and were here in minutes after initial call.
