Major Plumbing replaced a water heater in my home a few years back. I thought all was fine until I recently listed my home for sale. The buyer’s home inspector found it was not installed to code and apparently without a permit. Now I’ll be paying another company to bring it up to code before close of escrow. Very disappointing...
