They came out on a Sunday to replace our water heater. I take care of my Dad do not having it was not an option. Everyone was so nice and Mr. Smith stayed in contact as to when they would be here and made sure it was working right afterwards. I recommend Tony Smith and his crew and I will use them again! We got our hot water heater replaced, and also they repaired a squealing noise coming from our shower head. Tony was very quick responding, and his tech's were great. Such an easy company to work with. Highly recommend them.

Tony and his team do great work. They are on time, friendly, and explain in detail what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. I have used T. I called Tony to talk about a potential leak/dripping sound coming from the ceiling. Before sending someone out to investigate, Tony kindly walked me through some steps I could take to determine if there was a leak, and where it was coming from. He spent a solid 45 minutes with me, on FaceTime, running different tests. At the end of our investigation, I was confident that I did not have a leak, and the noise was a different type of noise. Tony's time and patience saved me money. He didn't have to take the time he did to help me out, but I'm so thankful he did.
