Ron James, #2143, was on time, personable, and very willing to accommodate our needs, even when we added additional repairs to the job he came to do. His work was fast, neat and clean. We will definitely have him back when we have any further plumbing needs. Having him as an employee is definitely an asset to your company.

We called at 4:15 PM, Stan (our plumber) drove through a raging thunderstorm to get to us within 45 min. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and provided an estimate of the costs to repair our situation. He was polite, through and within short order, our problem was solved. Stan has been at our home years ago and assisted us with a major problem then too. I tip my hat to Stan and Rotor Rooter, quick, courteous and efficient!
