Blaine and Tony were prompt & patient. (I had to corral 2 dogs & a 3 year old.) They very professionally addressed the issues and explained what they thought it would take to fix it. It was fixed very quickly which is good because our house was up to almost 90° last night Both of the gentlemen were polite which is important when someone is coming into your home.

We were impressed by Brad's professionalism and honesty and no pressure to buy. No other estimates we're needed as we were very pleased with his presentation.
