Haywood's Plumbing

My main water line broke late yesterday and I didn't have any water at all; less than 24 hrs later I'm back up with running water. Haywood's responded to my phone call (a VERY early a.m. call) with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I was asked relative questions, sent a photo of the broken piece as requested, and was told exactly what to expect and when to expect it. They kept their word and even did a small, non-emergency job for me while they were here.... all for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haywood's and I'll certainly be calling them again. Every time.

Haywood Plumbing was sent out by American Home Shield warranty company to fix our water heater. I put in our work request through them around 10:00 on a Tuesday night. John was calling me around 9:30 the next morning to see when a good time would be for him to stop by and look at the problem. He arrived soon after the call and was able to figure out what was wrong pretty quickly. Our water heater was fixed before noon. John was very professional and had a positive attitude. I would recommend him to anyone!

They were dispatched through AHS warranty to help with no hot water in my home. Their communication was great and when they arrived they were quickly able to determine what was wrong. I had hot water within a few hours once the tank warmed back up. I’d recommend them for sure. Jonathan was great to deal with.

Our water heater went out around 7pm, we submitted a claim that night through AHS. The next morning he called and came and fixed it that day. He was very professional and fixed it quickly. I have zero negative things to say. Would recommend him to anyone.

We also have AHS and have been very pleased with response time and quality of service - 2 times this week. They are friendly, knowledgeable and get the job done. We definitely recommend.
