We contacted Ultimate Plumbing for an issue with water quality. Joe came out and tested the water and gave us some options for fixing the issue. He and his team were on time, professional, and within one afternoon fixed a problem that a well contractor previously told us was normal and we'd we'd just have to live with. Excellent workmanship, personable, and reasonably priced. We're very happy with their work.

I bought a house in April, was told that the water pump was fixed and it was good to go. well, the second week it began to fail, low water pressure and the pump began to short cycle. I called Ultimate plumbing after I had exhausted everything I knew to look at, including the air pressure tank and a new water switch, I figured that the issue was with the water pump. Joe Hughes showed up on time, I explained all the things I did and what I thought was the issue. Joe listened then went right to testing. He first crawled under the house and noticed that the last home owner set up a secondary filter on my whole house filter system and put it before the system, so it would catch everything and clog the filter in less than 30 days, causing the water pump to work twice as hard. He worked that into estimate, at cost to replace and put it in the correct location after the primary filter system. He said that he could come back out in an hour to begin the work and would bring another tech with him. Well he showed up as he promised and it only took 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He wasn't bothered by me standing around and watching, was very professional. Explained some of the parts of the install to me and upgraded everything that went back in the well. He was outstanding from the word go. I just had moved into this house and had to deal with family issues that pretty much depleted all my savings, so he worked with me to get the job completed. I highly recommend Ultimate plumbing, from this experience there are not enough stars to rate him high enough. Thanks again Joe!

Came out same day called- respectful, polite and professional. Vehicle clearly marked with company name and office called 20 min. before his arrival. Quote given upfront was price charged. Will use them for all plumbing needs in future. I'm new to area and glad we found a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.
