On Sunday evening, after a very hot day, our a/c unit stopped working. I called Affordable and within 45 minutes Mark arrived with a van full of supplies and 2 high power portable lights to work in the dark. He was able to fix my unit in under an hour with parts off of his van. He thoroughly checked every aspect of my a/c unit, replaced the burned out part, and gave us advice on keeping the unit running optimally. Affordable installed my unit, did maintenance, and has taken care of an emergency. I couldn't ask for more.

Where to begin Aaron there is no words to express the work ethic, knowledge, politeness, prompt arrival, and talk about going the extra mile he goes above also beyond. This young man has worked on my mom's house several times in past 3 months twice being on the weekend he knew what he was doing, explained things, answered By question s, and I would use no one else at this point. On 2 occassions even after job was completed he would call me back or send a text to make sure all was well I don't know any other technician that would do that after a job was completed he has always repaired everything completely and perfect each time. Thank you Affordable Heating and cooling for hiring this young man you have a goldmine in this technician he is the only one I will call from now on....thanks Aaron for taking great care of my elderly mom keeping her cool also for jobs well done ????????????

I received different quotes and affordable heating, cooling and plumbing was the best price. The estimate was done on a Friday and the work was completed on Wednesday. The technician was very knowledgeable and walk through the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating, air and plumbing work done.

My HVAC needed cleaning after Affordable installed it 2 years ago. Justin took pictures of before and after cleaning. Checked my ductwork which they had replaced without being asked. Spent time explaining the importance of keeping the coils cleaned in order to save on utilities and from having to replace the unit. Friendly. Quality work. See you next Spring!

What a great experience and pricing!! We got three quotes from different vendors and the one for Affordable Heating & Cooling was the most affordable option with good quality products. The installation of 2 new units plus the duct work took 4 and half days to complete, very convenient timing. The technicians were highly professional, courteous and friendly. All around a great experience and very happy with our units!
