Overcharged and nothing done. We moved into a house and the drain for the washing machine was backing up into the house. We knew the septic was not full because it had just been emptied. Rooter came out and looked at everything charged $300 for that. He said they could cable the drain line for $700 but it might bust the line. We didn't have him do any more work. Another company came and checked things out and cable the line for $95 and it has worked great since. Mr Rooter is a rip off.

They charged me over $600 to come out and take care of a clog. They were unable to properly clear clog. Blame it on the pipes. Said he would not warranty any work he did after giving me the bill. I got another plumber to come out and clear my clog.

He walked us through all the steps of what was going on and how to fix it. He told us up front prices before completing work, he was more than happy and patient to answer all the questions that we kept throwing at him, he gave tips on how to keep the septic system in shape for years to come, and he did an excellent job. I could not be more happy with not only the prices but the service that was performed. Thanks to Mr. Rooter I have a well functioning septic system and they have a customer for life!
