It was a Saturday and we had a company come out to hook up a new washer and inadvertently broke the copper pipe going to the valve. I called the company and they had Thomas come out. It was late in the afternoon but he came and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Will use them for any future as other companies I called said it would be Tuesday or a week (based on the company) even though they advertised emergency services.

Oct 6, 2017. My wife woke up to the sound of running water and I jumped online to find someone to work on my hot water heater that was spitting out water EVERYWHERE!! I called AA around 6:30 - 7:00am and a very cheerful woman answered, took my contact information and told me a service tech will call me in a few minutes. It was less than 5 minutes and I received a phone call from the service tech and began to ask questions to help figure out the problem. The service tech arrived to my home in less than an hour and quickly figured out what the problem was. He left to get a part from a local store and quickly replaced the part. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, even though I was frustrated with all the damage the faulty part caused (which was no fault of AA Express Plumbing) and I was rude with him a few times. His knowledge and customer service skills calmed me down and the final bill did not give me "sticker shock" as the charges for services was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend AA Express Plumbing to everyone and will DEFINITELY use them again if the need arises. Thank you Thomas Duncan (service tech) for all your help!!

Martin installed a tankless water heater for us this week. He is a professional in every respect. The installation is very neat and fits perfectly in our garage. We highly recommend AA Express Plumbing and will use them again for our plumbing needs in the future.

Was an excellent company to work with. They responded with good attitudes even though it was late on Friday afternoon! Helped us work through multiple situations including wet floors from the busted water heater. I was impressed with Al's work ethic and seemed to enjoy his job. If ever needing a plumber again, they will be my first call.
