Texas JT and Will were very kind and went out of their way to get to my property fast to fix a leak. I highly recommend this company. They are what their name says speedy plumbing and get the job done well.

Would definitely not use them if their service is anything like how their drivers drive their vehicles. Dangerously pulling out in front of oncoming traffic, unable to drive in a straight line, and continuing 10 miles an hour under the speed limit for multiple blocks. If you cant drive the work truck, you prob cant use the tools.

Called to fix a small leak in a cast iron pipe. Understandably the fix caused some more leaks down the line because the pipe was old. I was given a quote that stated I needed 40 feet of old cast iron to be replaced with PVC. I checked out the situation myself that night to find that there was about a total of 9 feet of cast iron from the crawl space. (For reference I’ve attached the picture. After being removed by me, only half of the old pipe is visible in the picture which measures about 4.5 feet) I don’t understand how someone overestimates total pipe length by 444%. I was quoted over $800 in materials alone to replace every single peice of cast iron in my crawl space. I picked up all of the parts myself at a big box hardware store for about $60. Again overestimating by 1333%. If they can’t get their parts cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe’s, then they need evaluate their supply chain management. I’m quite disappointed. The owner seemed like a stand-up guy on the phone and the techs were pretty friendly people too. I would have definitely hired them because of their demeanor. I had such high hopes, but I realized I was about to get swindled once I inspected what they claimed what needed to be repaired. Lastly, I’m anxious to see what type of silly reply this will get. The owner says he rarely replies to these type of reviews. I’m still on the edge of submitting a price gouging complaint to the NC Attorney General.

TJ just left my house. Excellent service fixing my clogged toilet. I called Tex this morning, he was able to schedule a repair today. I've used Speedy Plumbing several times, twice after hours and I have always found pricing and service to be fair and reasonable. As a single mom of 2 kids, that is important to me.

Speedy Plumbing and Tex have been wonderful to me and my family. We have had 2 plumbing emergencies, they were there promptly to fix them and the pricing was not outrageous. I use them for all our plumbing needs. Fast, courteous, reasonable and they do an excellent, clean job.
