Just calling to check prices. They answered the phone by only saying "hello". This may seems insignificant however, especially when it comes to home services I don't know if I am dealing with a real business, have the right phone number or what? After me asking "is this A-1 plumbing?", we were able to talk through my needs. This is confusing for potential customers. This experience made me feel like it is a half run setup. Moving onto the next in my search for plumbing services.

We had an emergency at our house and Barry came out within 2 hours to check out what was going on! He gave us advice on the situation and was very friendly and knowledgable.
