On going issues Never fix it properly six months later still waiting for the part (I don't believe them) Every time it comes time to install the par they decide not to have the correct part. I was referred by American home shield. Unless you want a half job don't use them..

I was scheduled for this morning and told that there would be a four hour window in which the technician would arrive (9am - 1pm) and that the job would be done by 1pm today so that I would be able to get into work this afternoon instead of losing an entire day without pay. I never received a reminder/confirmation call by the staff beforehand so I called this morning around 9:30am to verify if the technician was en route. The young female who answered the phone was not friendly and kept asking me to repeat my address putting me on hold for 6 minutes. When she returned, she said it would be late afternoon until a technician could arrive. I reminded her that my appointment slot was from 9am-1pm today not late afternoon and she said that the technician was busy installing a water heater and wasn't sure when he would be free. She suggested rescheduling and I stated that I had taken off of work to meet the technician. This was very unprofessional. The young female who answered the phone didn't seem to know that I had a scheduled appointment today and I chose to take my business elsewhere. Do not do business with this company unless your time is not valuable.
