Long's Septic Services

Septic system he installed in October, wouldn’t pass health inspection. Called and called to get him to fix it. He would promise to come and never show, or say he forgot. When we called he would ignore our phone calls and we couldn’t leave a message because his voicemail was full. Finally, got the issue fixed in January, only because the house was about to sell. I gave a 1 star only because I’m required to give 1 for the review. Terrible service.

Excellent service!!! I called around 8 am with heavy rain expected all day. Truck was here at 9:30 am.

They put in new septic tank they did good job and good prices on it .

Called late one evening and in the pouring rain he was here the next morning! And on a weekend at that. Very professional

These people are a joke,they told us they would be at our house twice..then when I called they kept saying they would be right out..now they will not answer the phone...how about being honest ..if you cant help just say so...and quit playing phone games
