Adam helped us find a leak in a crawl space which caused the wood floor in our den to buckle. He was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Furthermore, he was willing to come by after 6pm on two occasions simply because he had said you would come to the house on those days. That is service! We recommend him unreservedly!
Came out within hours of my initial call. Expert work, reasonable charges. Will recommend to friends and neighbors and next time I need a plumber, this is who I will call. My service man Tyler was knowledgeable and very pleasant!
They talk a good game and keep bringing up "its a flat rate" but what it really is IS $400 an hour. Do yourself a favor and hire a local co not a high priced franchise MT
We were heading out of town for a short vacation and, as these things are apt to happen when you really don't need them to, our kitchen sink backed up as we were doing the last of the dishes. None of the local plumbers were able to respond. I called Roto Rooter and they were not only friendly and professional, but they said that they could have someone out today! Derek came and took care of it. I cannot stress enough about how friendly and professional everyone with this company was. Roto Rooter will be my go-to from now on!
Mark and Adam we very polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very friendly and quick in and out and god bless them helped me and my wife out of a hard situation we had been out of water sense feb and thanks to mark and Adam I will be enjoying a hot relaxing shower this evening.
