My pump had quit working and Ricky came out the same day to look at it. Then came the day before Thanksgiving to pump it out and Black Friday to replace the pump. So I was able to have a wonderful holiday with my family. He, also, worked with me on a payment arrangement, when another company, who came out initially, refused to help me without up front money. I highly recommend Precision Septic to everyone!

I recently hired Septic Systems Inc. To pump my Septic Tank. Ricky said he could do it he sounded courteous and I was initially optimistic. However Ricky called back the day before he was supposed to show up and said he could not make it and that instead he would have to send a friend. The guy came up and made like he pumped the Septic Tank initially he told us that the reason our problem was not fixed was because our tank is old. I figured it is not his fault and he did his job so I paid him the 325 he said it would cost. While getting a plumber to look at everything today he said that the Septic Tank had not been pumped at all and that we got ripped off. Now I have to hire someone else to pump the Septic tank someone who actually will do the job their hired for.

I called after hours on a major holiday. Ricky called back quickly and took care of the job the next morning. Great service at a reasonable price. My renters were pleased with the fast response, and liked that Ricky took the time to discuss things with them. I highly recommend Precision Septic Pumping. Plumbing.

Just had Precision Septic Pumping out to our house to do a cleaning for us. Dire straights is what we were in but Ricky came out within a few hours and had us straightened out in no time. He also spent the extra time to go over the appropriate ways to take care of the system and also looked over everything else and made suggestions to help improve what we had. This company does not stand behind its work! If you have a problem or a complaint, their response is to say they did a "good job" regardless of the facts or if the customer is unhappy and to basically ignore you. When you try to call them to come back out and fix a problem, they either ignore you or try to tell you to look at it yourself. The only reason we went with this company a second time was because they were able to finish the job sooner than other companies. More than likely they don't have a lot of work due to their poor work performance. We've definitely learned our lesson. Next time, we will hire someone else even if it means waiting longer. Would not recommend hiring this company for anything!!
