Working with Edy Mac was amazing! I had a water leak somewhere with the main water line that runs to the house. I called Edy Mac at the beginning of the week and was connected with Derrick. Derrick gave me an honest opinion on what my options were and was able to schedule a quick turnaround to get the repairs completed. His guys were out here as they stated and had the job done quicker than I expected. After having been stood up by other contractors in the past and even those that were recommended to me, Edy Mac did exactly what they said they would do and in a timely manner. Price was solid and work was top notch. I won't bother with anyone else for my plumbing needs from now on, I will call Edy Mac first everytime! Thank you guys!

I called several companies to have someone come out to look at my hot water heater. No one could fit me in the day of until I talked to Derrick with Edy Mac. He was very informative on the phone and was diligent in communicating with me. He got out the same day and did a great job! I have found a go- to plumber that I will be recommending to others. Workers as well. They are very understanding with the septic problems I have had over the last year. Will not Use Rays in Dallas anymore. We've never had a plumbing emergency until this past weekend and when it happened it was a disaster. It was on Saturday evening and to say I was in a panic would be putting it mildly. My husband and I called Edy Mac Plumbing. Wiithin 30 minutes James Nordan came to the rescue which happens to be very close to the time it would take to drive to our home. He was polite, personable but professional and knew exactly what he was doing. It didn't take him long to locate our problem and more importantly to make sure we had water before he left. We felt so comfortable with his work ethics that we decided to have him come back and plumb the entire house and he even helped with some parts for our well. I highly recommend Edy Mac and James Nordan for all your plumbing needs.
