We had a pipe burst in our home, they came out that day, were super patient with my barking dog. Knew exactly what the issue was, explained it all so that’s a I would understand the work he would be doing. James was knowledgeable, courteous, and had great customer care. We love shopping small and local to our community. Will definitely keep his card handy!
We have used this place a few times & every time has been better than the last. They are polite & professional & reasonably priced. Although when James came out this last time he realized our problem was a simple one that required 5 min of his time & so he didn’t charge us a thing. Who does that? A company that knows the value of excellent customer service, I think. So next time we need a plumber we’ll be calling y’all. :) I highly recommend everyone else do the same.
James was the man! Had a water heater problem. I called around and tried to find the part I needed to no avail. I read reviews and called Checkered Flag. They ordered the part, came in quick and installed a day later. Saved me $1000 and the wife was happy.
I had a broken water line underground that was difficult to pinpoint the location. James from Checkered Flag Plumbing was able to locate the break and dig it up and repair it quick and efficiently. I cant say enough about how professional and knowledgeable they were and did not try to sell me unnecessary services. Very fast to fix my problem and very reasonable pricing. James was my technician and he did a fantastic job on fixing the leak at my toilet. He also gave me a 50.00 dollar discount for being a new customer ????
