I can't say enough about the crew at Carolina Plumbing! The owners, Rick and Jan, have certainly instilled a great work ethic in their team! I have always had polite and knowledgeable responses when I have reached out to them! PJ has been especially patient with my mother in her decision to change out her kitchen sink! I would recommend calling them for any of your residential needs! When they say they put the "Care" in Carolina, THEY DO!!
We have used Carolina Plumbing several times and they always do great work. They are friendly and understanding, when you are out of water due to a well pump going out or pipe burst you are stressed enough, they understand and get it fixed fast. I highly recommend calling them.
A pipe broke in my crawl space on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately Carolina Plumbing was not the first place I called. As it turns out the plumber with the company I hired never showed up and never called. I called Carolina Plumbing Sunday morning at 7:15 am. The very friendly answering service forwarded my message to the plumber on-call and PJ called me back within a few minutes. He was here within the hour and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. I will definitely remember these guys in the future. I highly recommend them.
